i2launch is a one-person studio with the experience of ten product teams behind it. The founder used to be the engineer who got the late-night Slack from a cofounder asking if the MVP could ship next week. Now he just says yes.

Sunny spent ten years across Microsoft, Google, and Tesla as a software engineer, product manager, designer, and UI/UX researcher. He's run customer focus groups, shipped consumer products at scale, and obsesses over the gap between idea and live product.
He started i2launch after watching too many founders pay $25K and wait three months for an MVP that an experienced operator could ship in a week. The bet: productize the build, fix the price, ship on Friday, and let the quality of the work bring the next customer.

Where we’re based
i2launch is a United States-based studio.
We work in Pacific Time, with comfortable overlap into Eastern, UK, and Central European hours. That means real-time kickoff and handover calls in your business day, async progress on the days in between, and a single accountable person you can email and get a response from the same day.
We invoice from a US entity, take payment via Stripe or US wire, and ship code that’s straightforward for any US-based engineer to pick up later. No offshore handoff, no late-night Slack threads with a project manager who isn’t the one writing the code.

Five principles that decide every call.

Speed over perfection in week 1.
The market beats your roadmap. Shipping Friday means you have a customer conversation Monday. Polishing in private means you have nothing.

Real code, never no-code shims.
Every line we write you can read, edit, and own. No hosted middleware, no proprietary engines, no migration cliffs.

No estimate calls. We just say the price.
We've shipped enough MVPs that the price is calibrated, not guessed. If your idea is bigger than 5 days, we'll tell you in the application response.

You own everything.
Repo, domain, infra accounts, customer data. Day-one. The handover is built into Friday's calendar invite.

We tell you when 5 days isn't enough.
We'd rather lose the deal than ship something that doesn't work. The 5-day promise is real because we say no to projects that can't fit in it.
