Refund policy

The 24-hour window

If you change your mind within 24 hours of the Monday kickoff call, you get a full refund. No questions, no friction.

After 24 hours: prorated by days used

The formula:

refund = price × (5 − days_used) / 5

So:

• Cancel by end of Monday (24 hrs): full refund.
• Cancel by end of Tuesday: 80% refund.
• Cancel by end of Wednesday: 60% refund.
• Cancel by end of Thursday: 40% refund.
• Cancel on Friday before launch: 20% refund.

If we miss Friday

You pay nothing for the engagement. If you’ve already paid the kickoff 50%, we refund it within 7 days.
