Terms of service

These terms govern your engagement with i2launch when you commission a Launch, Launch Pro, or Launch Custom build.

The deal

We deliver the agreed scope by the agreed Friday. If we miss the Friday deadline for reasons within our control, you owe nothing for that engagement and we either refund or cancel the invoice.

Scope

Scope is locked at the Monday kickoff. Substantial scope changes during the week are at our discretion to absorb or to roll into post-launch hours. Trivial copy and design tweaks are absorbed.

Ownership

All code and creative output we produce for you is yours, irrevocably, on delivery. We retain no IP, no royalty, no licensing rights. We may publicly reference the work in our showcase unless you ask us not to.

Payment

50% on kickoff (Monday morning), 50% on launch (Friday). Wire or Stripe. Prices are pre-tax; applicable tax is added at invoicing based on your business location.

Refunds

Full refund within 24 hours of kickoff. After that, prorated based on days used: refund = price × (5 − days_used) / 5. See the refund policy for details.

Liability

Our maximum liability for any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement. We don’t guarantee business outcomes, traffic, or revenue, we guarantee a working product shipped on Friday.

Confidentiality

We treat all information you share as confidential by default. We’ll countersign your NDA on request. We don’t share specifics with other clients or third parties.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where i2launch is registered. Any disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.
