How we ship a product in five days.
It’s a process, not a miracle. Here’s exactly what happens, day by day, and what stays out of scope.
Pre-flight
Before Day 1.

- 03We confirm a Monday slot and send calendar invites.
Day by day
What happens, hour by hour, end to end.
Day 1
Monday, Kickoff
What we do
- 60-min kickoff call (audio or video, your call).
- Lock the feature list. Sign the brief.
- Confirm brand color, logo, copy direction.
- Set up GitHub repo in your account.
What you do
- Bring filled-out scoping doc.
- Approve the feature list and brand direction.
- Provide logo if you have one (we make a wordmark if not).
Day 2
Tuesday, Foundation
What we do
- Auth (email, Google, magic links if Pro).
- Postgres schema + first migration.
- Marketing site shell on a preview URL.
- Cloudflare Pages deploy pipeline.
What you do
- Review the preview URL end-of-day.
- Flag anything that feels off, Wednesday is the last cheap day for design pivots.
Day 3
Wednesday, Core features
What we do
- Build your specific product feature flow.
- Wire up database queries.
- Implement the main UI screens.
- Second preview URL update at end-of-day.
What you do
- Test the demo. Send any blocker feedback by 6pm your time.
Day 4
Thursday, Polish & QA
What we do
- Mobile responsive sweep.
- Edge cases, empty states, loading states.
- Stripe checkout + customer portal (Pro+).
- Transactional email templates wired.
- Analytics, error tracking, OG images.
What you do
- Approve copy on marketing site. Provide custom domain DNS access.
Day 5
Friday, Launch
What we do
- Production deploy to your custom domain.
- SSL, sitemap, schema, llms.txt, robots.txt.
- Hand over GitHub repo, Cloudflare account, Stripe account, all in your name.
- 60-min walkthrough call: codebase tour + how to ship changes.
What you do
- Show up to the walkthrough call. Ship your launch tweet.
Honest limits
What’s NOT in scope.
If you need any of these in the first five days, we’ll either route you to Launch Custom or recommend you to someone else.
- Native iOS / Android apps (we ship responsive web).
- Multi-tenant B2B with complex RBAC (single-tenant only on Launch / Pro).
- Custom AI model training (we wire up Claude / OpenAI APIs, not GPU pipelines).
- Anything requiring SOC 2 / HIPAA / PCI Level 1 on day one.
- Native real-time collab (CRDTs, OT), websockets for chat are fine.
Day 6 and beyond
What happens after Friday.
Week 1 includes 2 hours of post-launch support (8 hours over month 1 on Pro). After that, you can hire us back at $200/hr, hand the repo to your own developer, or take it from here. The codebase is yours, the infra is yours, the customer relationships are yours. There’s no vendor lock-in to escape.

If we miss Friday, you don’t pay.
